None of our products or raw materials contain pork fat or its derivatives, alcohol, or any other ingredient that would make them non-halal.

The gelatin used in our products is bovine gelatin. At Kervan Gıda, all the gelatin we use is 100% derived from bovine hides, and no other parts of the animal are used in ways that would render it non-halal. All our gelatin suppliers possess halal certificates and are subject to halal compliance audits. They also provide statements confirming slaughter without stunning, ensuring that the slaughter process is carried out in accordance with Islamic requirements.

We do not produce gelatin ourselves; it is procured from our approved suppliers. As Kervan Gıda, we have personally inspected and approved our gelatin suppliers’ production facilities through on-site audits.

Our company has a halal procedure and halal certificates, and we undergo regular halal audits by multiple authorities each year. We require halal certificates for every raw material from our suppliers, and per our internal non-halal raw material policy, such materials are not used in our factories.
