There is no pork fat or any porcine-derived additives in our products or in the raw materials used. Furthermore, no alcohol or any other input contrary to Halal criteria is included in our products.

Our company has Halal production procedures and valid Halal certificates. Both of our factories are subjected to Halal audits by authorized institutions at regular intervals. You can access the Halal certificates belonging to our factories via our website.

The gelatin used in our products is entirely bovine gelatin. All gelatin used within KERVAN GIDA is obtained from 100% cattle hides, and animal parts that are non-compliant with Halal suitability are not used.

Gelatin production is not performed by our company; the supply process is carried out through suppliers who are audited on-site and approved by our Quality Department. All of our gelatin suppliers possess Halal certification and are subject to Halal compliance audits. Additionally, our suppliers have non-stun slaughter declarations, and slaughters are performed in accordance with Islamic rites.

Halal certificates are requested from our suppliers for all raw materials used; per our company procedures, no raw material lacking Halal suitability is used in our production facilities.
